Julie Lisant Original colored pencil on paper, 9 1/4 x 7 1/4 $32,500 Framed: This drawing of a young girl reading a letter was done with colored pencils and has been initialed by the artist at the bottom right. The model for the piece is said to have been the artist’s daughter. The young girl’s father was rumored to be Edouard Manet. A highly unique and rare piece especially true because of the restoration performed in 1991 by Conservation of Art on Paper, Inc, Alexandria, Virginia.
